TrackBetter's No-Hassle Return Policy
We want you to love your product. So if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to TrackBetter within the stated return period for that product, subject to the conditions below. Returns or exchanges may only be initiated online.
Some products are eligible for 60-day returns and others, per manufacturer policy, are eligible for 30-day returns. Product-specific return periods and terms can be found on the product page in the green box below the "Add to Cart" button.
Most products are eligible for free returns, but not all - a product's eligibility is clearly noted on its product page. Products that are eligible for a free return label provided by TrackBetter will read "Free 60-Day Returns" or "Free 30-Day Returns" on the product page. Products that are not eligible for free returns and will require the customer to pay return shipping will read "30-Day Returns" or "60-Day Returns" on the product page.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
Visit our TrackBetter Returns & Exchanges portal where you'll find a simple, self-guided process to either return your item or exchange it for something else. Conditions and exclusions apply.
Return process for products not eligible for free returns (including SimStudio, Net Return & Fiberbuilt products):
- Customer requests return through TrackBetter Returns & Exchanges portal
- TrackBetter team manually reviews request & sends customer return authorization RMA number and instructions.
- Customer purchases shipping and ships product back to address specified on return authorization.
- TrackBetter team inspects return product and provides refund minus applicable restocking fee.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit the payment method you use for purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Returns & Exchanges Conditions
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, TrackBetter reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 10% restocking fee. Large items may be subject to a restocking fee restocking fee.
All returned and exchanged items must be returned in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. Products that are not returned in new condition in the original unaltered box may be assessed a minimum 10% restocking fee. Products that have been blemished or show signs of excessive wear may be assessed a minimum 15% restocking fee. The retail value of any bundled items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. TrackBetter can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Customers are eligible for one (1) free return or exchange. Each proceeding return or exchange may incur a minimum 10% restocking fee and additional shipping charge deducted from the credit returned to the customer's original method of payment. Orders containing products that were received by the customer in faulty or damaged condition are exempt from this rule.
Free Returns labels are only provided within the United States. International purchases and customers who purchase in the United States and take the unit to an international location are not eligible for free returns (for any return reason, including defective product).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless directed to do so.
TrackBetter has the right to deny any customer who abuses these return policies. If you are flagged, you are no longer eligible to purchase or return products to TrackBetter.
Limited Liability
TrackBetter is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. TrackBetter is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Please note: any electronics containing user profile data must be either factory reset or password unlocked before sending back to TrackBetter for return.
